Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU USE OUR TRAINING SERVICES YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS REFUND POLICY.

Adhvan Corporation REFUND POLICY 

Company and its subsidiary companies respect the REFUND rights of our customers. We have adopted a corporate wide REFUND Policy that guides how we collect, process and refund payments.  Please note that this policy applies only to sites maintained by Company and its subsidiaries, and not to websites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we link.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact Company at the email address or postal address specified on the Website.

Registration Options: Adhvan accepts orders for student registrations online and at the beginning of the class or in person at their offices.

Payment Options: Payment by Credit Card is the preferred option as of now. In case of payment by check, it is recommended that the payment be made in advance and funds clear before the start of the class. In case of invalid checks or payments, applicable fees will apply.

Confirmation Process: Enrollments for training is not confirmed until complete payment is received. Adhvan will send you a confirmation email once your enrollment is confirmed.

Ownership and Restrictions: Adhvan retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the training material and anything developed by Adhvan as part of the training services.

You may not:

  • Make the training materials available in any manner to any third party for use in the third party’s business operations;
  • Disclose any product information or any materials that Adhvan provides to you in class for three years from the date of disclosure.

Class Cancellation, Rescheduling Policy: Adhvan may cancel or reschedule a class at its discretion, and if it does, will use reasonable efforts to notify you at least one week in advance. You will not be charged for the Adhvan rescheduling. In case of cancellation, Adhvan will refund the class registration fees collected.

Governing Law; Jurisdiction: Any dispute, disagreement, conflict of interpretation or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or their enforcement, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. The parties hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit, for themselves and their property, to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Maryland, in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Should any provision of this Agreement be declared or determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining parts, terms and provisions shall continue to be valid, legal and enforceable, and will be performed and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Force Majeure: If either party hereto is prevented in the performance of any act required hereunder by reason of act of God, fire, flood, or other natural disaster, malicious injury, strikes, lock-outs, or other labor troubles, riots, insurrection, war or other reason of like nature not the fault of the party in performing under this Agreement, then performance of such act shall be excused for the period of the delay and the period of the performance of any such act shall be extended for a period equivalent to the period of such delay except that if any delay exceeds six months, then the party entitled to such performance shall have the option to terminate this Agreement.

Adhvan is not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred by students in the event that Adhvan cancels or reschedules an event.

Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes in your scheduled training. Cancel and reschedule requests must be received by Adhvan in email or other written communication.

Publicly Scheduled Instructor Led Training Events

If you Adhvan will Assess
Cancel or reschedule your registration 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled start date of the class No Fee
Reschedule your registration 1-6 calendar days prior to the class start date No Fee
Cancel your registration 1- 6 calendar days prior to the class start date 50% of the Class Fee
Do not show up for the event; or cancel on the day of the event 100% of the Class Fee

Private/Onsite Training Events

If You Adhvan will Assess
Cancel your class 14 or more calendar days before the scheduled start date of the class No Fee
Reschedule your class 1-13 calendar days prior to the class start day No Fee
Cancel your class 1-13 calendar days prior to the class start date 50 % of the class fee
Do not show up for the class, or cancel on the day of the class 100 % of the class fee

Student Kit Materials: Reproduction or distribution to a third party of Student Kit Materials is strictly prohibited.
